Infringement System" informing drivers of any
breeches of the law with regard to their driving
hours, daily breaks, weekly rest periods,

Overseeing and implementation of "Working Time
Directive". |

Setting up and maintaining a tacho checking and
filing system to comply with the relevant laws
pertaining to these. |

the CPC Holder/Transport Manager is legally
responsible for the VOSA Operators Licence which he or
she runs it is not sufficient to be a faceless
name on a certificate, it is essential that the
Transport Manager is an active and present part of
the team ensuring the Operators license meets and
exceeds the standards set by law".
