Driver training courses
Tachograph training
This course is designed for all drivers “new” and
“old”. The contents of the course will also
be invaluable for management with direct
responsibility for company drivers. The
course will ensure a good working knowledge of EC
Driving Hours and the rules and regulations
governing these. However the course can be
tailored to individual customers requirements.
Courses are £300.00 for a maximum of six drivers
and £25.00 extra per driver above six.
The course
encompasses the following:

EU Drivers Hours
Regulations 3820/85 ▪
Drivers
Breaks ▪
Rest:
daily, weekly split rest
▪ Ferries
▪ Double manning
▪ Duty Periods
▪ EC Record keeping Regulations 3821/85
All aspects of
recording keeping laws to include the following:
▪
Chart analysis
▪ Centre field
▪ Calibration and sealing
▪ Issuing of Tachograph Charts
▪ Storage
The course can be
tailored to include Analogue Tachographs only
Digital Tachographs only or both.
The length of the
course will be approximately 3.5 hrs.
Drivers will be given a question sheet to answer
and the opportunity to ask questions.
The course can be held
on your site or any appropriate site designated by
yourselves.
